Hailee Steinfeld’s wellness philosophy
Hailee Steinfeld returns to the Vein of well-being.
The 26-year-old actress and singer-songwriter tells PEOPLE she’s reached a “new level” over the years [of] what it means to “take care of myself” by simply getting back to basics.
During their reset, the hawk eye Star says she drew on her partnership with hydration of the core for motivation.
“I feel like my wellness goals really align with that [them]’ the brand ambassador shares, adding that working with the premium water brand has reminded her that taking care of your well-being can be ‘as simple as staying balanced, staying hydrated and staying true to yourself’.
The spa isn’t new territory for the Oscar nominee, who, along with her brother, has enjoyed an active lifestyle through exercise. She owes it to her father, a professional fitness trainer, who encouraged both of them at an early age. Now they enjoy father-daughter training.
“I’m so lucky to have my dad as my personal trainer. Not only do we selfishly spend this kind of time together when I’m out and when I’m at home, but he knows what I can do and he drives me and he inspires me,” says Steinfeld. “The man is the most incredible guy, you will ever meet in your life.”
That True grit Star loves to run and circuit train, and enjoys doing Pilates, yoga and taking dance classes with her friends, all of which have helped her to challenge her physical stamina and train her emotional and mental toughness.
