With the New Year approaching, many people are looking to renew their commitment to their fitness goals.
Supporting this endeavor, today Netflix

There are also workouts listed simply by time involved, with 10, 20, and 30 minute classes.
The number of episodes per category varies, with the 20-minute workout class having the most episodes, totaling 26 episodes body weight burn has 16 episodes, Fall in love with Vinyasa has only six episodes and 30 Minute Workouts has only three episodes.
The workouts are available in 10 languages including French, Italian, German, both Latin American Spanish and European Spanish, as well as Turkish, Japanese, Korean and Brazilian Portuguese.
Finding Nike Training’s homepage on Netflix can be a little difficult. To do this, use the search function and enter the word “workout”. Some of the Nike videos will appear in this list, but to see them all, click on the word “Fitness” in the “Explore titles related to…” bar. This shows viewers the entire menu of Nike training videos.
(Oddly, pasting Nike into the search function doesn’t bring up the workouts like the first video in the list, while using the work “Workout” does.)
Brief instructions at the beginning of each video, provided by the instructor, explain the focus of how the lesson will be conducted and what equipment, if any, is required.
Each video only has the trainer and one other participant who is also a Nike trainer. There’s music, but it’s nondescript background fare.
One of the features of the videos is a countdown clock in the top left corner. This counter is sometimes used to show the total time to complete the class, while other times it is the amount of time a pose is held or an exercise performed.
There is no on-screen indication of the expected level of exertion for the classes, but each episode includes a brief description of the individual’s training.
Overall, the Nike Training Club videos are a great foray into the gym for Netflix, and they come at a perfect time for anyone looking to up their training game without leaving home or subscribing to yet another streaming service.
