PHOENIX – Planet Fitness is being pumped up with two new Metro Phoenix locations.
The gym chain opened its second Goodyear club on Tuesday and will increase its presence in Gilbert in the coming weeks.
the new Goodyear gym is on the north-east corner of Litchfield Road and Van Buren Street.
Gilbert’s Fifth Planet Fitness will soon open on McQueen Road south of Guadalupe Road.
Fitness centers have cardio machines, weight machines, a cardio theater with flat-screen TVs, and locker rooms with showers.
Membership plans start at $10 per month. For a limited time, the new clubs are offering specials at the PF Black Card level, which regularly costs $24.99 per month.
Black Card benefits include access to gym Black Card Spas and the ability to bring a guest with you on each visit.
The supplements are operated by United FP, Planet Fitness’ largest franchisee in the Valley. With the recent openings, United FP will operate 42 of the brand’s 45 Metro Phoenix clubs.
